Cramp bark- As the name suggests, this is an excellent pain killer that reduces inflammation and is used to treat cramping and abdominal pain associated with dysmenorrhea (painful periods), endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. It may also help to reduce abnormal heavy periods.
Ginger- A powerful painkiller, It warms the uterus and improves circulation thus reduce pain and cramping. Ginger also improves digestion, reduces nausea and alleviates bloating.
Motherwort- Classically used to treat PMS symptoms such as tender breasts, headache and mood swings. It is also commonly used
for irregular menstruation, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, endometriosis and fibroids. Motherwort helps to relieve pain, irritability and anxiety.
Passion flower-Promotes relaxation, decreases emotional and psychological stress, anxiety as well as mood swings associated with PMS. It also promotes peaceful sleep.
Black cohosh-An antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory. Black Cohosh is known to relieve pain and cramps, it may help ease dysfunctional uterine bleeding, it tones and strengthens the uterus. Commonly used to treat missing periods,heavy and painful periods.
Wild Yam-One of the best antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory herbs for abdominal and uterine pain. It has also shown to relieve intestinal, bowel, and urinary pain and irritability, making it suitable for women suffering from endometriosis, endometrial pain, bowel and bladder discomforts.
Dosage:
15 drops in a 1/4(quarter) glass of warm water every 4-6 hours during
menstruation.
Can be taken several days prior to onset of menstruation. Alcohol content 55% v/v

to evaporate alcohol and retain herbals.
