The Portable Monitor Triple Screen Display Extender has two 14″ 1080P FHD IPS Screens providing you with a clear and convenient portable workstation experience.

The Portable Monitor has a built-in kickstand and a stretchable fixing frame that can be adapted to 13″ – 16.5″ laptops, and each screen can be individually adjusted to set the display parameters. The Portable Monitor Screens deliver powerful performance with a native IPS FHD 1080P resolution and features dual screens with a brightness of 300 nits, providing excellent display results. The two 14″ screens can be rotated 180 degrees forward, allowing to be adjusted to a comfortable perspective that suits the laptop user. At the same time, the laptop screen extender can also support multiple modes such as mirror/extend.

The Portable Monitor supports a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Android without any driver, and is compatible with various devices such as laptops, mini PCs, desktop PCs, tablets, PS5, Xbox and Switch. The portable monitor is not compatible and does not support MacBook’s with M1/M2/M3 Chipsets. To make the product compatible with MacBook’s, a High Definition Video Transmission Cable (H5-T), is required.

Provided in the box is multi-types of cables: USB-C to USB-C/USB-C/USB-A/USB-C to HDMl (only for video signal), and it could be a plug and play when the laptop has 2 full featured Type-C ports or 1 HDMI+1 full featured Type-C ports (not compatible with M1/M2/M3 chips).

Note: 2 USB-C ports are required for display output. For USB-C charging laptops that have 2 USB-C ports, use one USB-C port to connect your power cable to charge the laptop and the second USB-C port to connect the USB-C cable to power up Screen 1.

To power up Screen 2, use both the HDMI and USB-A cables and ports in conjunction for video signal and connection.

Troubleshooting: 

Q: Why is one of my screens not working after connecting to my laptop?

A: There could be three possible reasons:

– Your laptop is a MacBook Air/Pro with M1/M2/M3 chip, which is currently not compatible with the portable monitor.

– There might be some errors in your cable connection, such as connecting the HDMI cable to the Type-C port on the portable monitor.

– Your laptop’s Type-C port does not have a Thunderbolt interface, which means it cannot transmit data.

Q: Why does one of my screens show “no signal” after connecting?

A: There are two possible reasons:

– Your laptop’s Type-C does not have Thunderbolt interface, so it can only transmit power and not data. This can result in having power but no signal.

– There might be an error in your connection method. For example, if you are using an HDMI cable and a USB-A cable to connect, make sure to connect the HDMI cable to the portable monitor’s HDMI port, not the Type-C port.
