AROMADOUGH

Aromadough is an essential oils-infused dough that comes in a beautiful tub and can be played with to promote calm, energy, focus, ease stress and so much more. Think of it like a stress ball, but made from dough and infused with essential oils.

This beautifully designed, locally handmade, dual-purpose heat bag can be used for aches and pains, joint pains and lower back pain as well as warming up beds at bedtime.

AROMAHEAT NECK & SHOULDER MICROWAVE BAG
This ergonomically designed microwave bag sits comfortably across the shoulders to provide targeted relief to your upper back and eases stress, aches and pains.

1. Using the AromaRoll essential oil roller, apply some of the essential oil onto the back of your neck and massage gently till absorbed. Do not apply oil to your face or anywhere near your eyes.

2. Heat the eye pillow for 20 – 30 seconds in the microwave.

3. Never heat the dual and neck pillows for longer than two to three minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer, do so 30 seconds at a time until your preferred heat is reached.

4a. Neck and Shoulder bag:
Position the heated microwave bag across your shoulders.

4b. Dual-Purpose bag:
Position the heated microwave bag on your tummy, legs, arm or on your lower back as needed.

4c. Eye Pillow
Position the gently warmed microwave bag over your closed eyes – if it feels too hot then remove immediately and only reapply once the bag has cooled.

You can also use the eye pillow at room temperature or cool it beforehand in the fridge if you prefer.

Car Air Freshener:

1. Unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plastic plug seal and then screw the cap back on.

2. Ensure that the wooden cap is securely fastened to the bottle.

3. Use the strings to attach the bottle securely to your review mirror.

4. Briefly tip the bottle over so that the oil soaks into the wooden lid.

5. Enjoy the aromas as they transform your car into an oasis of peace and relaxation!
