The AromaHeat bag is a natural product, made with a 100% washable cotton outer pouch, a 100% cotton twill inner and filled with flaxseed. The bag remains warm for up to 45 minutes or as long as the bag is held against the skin. Customers also love cuddling their AromaHeat bag at night for comfort or on the way to school to keep warm. The bags can be used as a cooling bag for fevers and temperatures. Put the bag into the deep freeze for 30 minutes and then use on affected areas.

Apply the essential oil blend to anywhere on the stomach and then hold the heat bag against the area to release the oils. Also apply the essential oil blend to shoulders, knees or affected areas on the back or neck to release the pain-relieving Lavender oil.

Care Instructions:
Wash the cotton outers as often as needed.
Do not ever wash or immerse the bags containing flaxseed in water.
Keep the DeStress Aromadough closed between uses.

Caution: Never heat the 900g bag for longer than 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Never heat the 300g eye pillow for longer than 30 seconds in the microwave.
