Clary sage oil has a sweet, nutty fragrance and can be used as blended massage oil or diluted in the bath. It has calming and relaxing properties

How to use clary sage essential oil:
Put 3 to 5 drops of the essential oil in an ounce of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or warmed coconut oil.

Where to use clary sage essential oil:
1. In DIY bath oil and shower gel.
2. Add clary sage essential oil to scented homemade candles and air fresheners.
3. Added to a bowl of hot water to create aromatic steam
4. Dilute in a carrier oil and add to a warm bath, or apply topically as a massage oil mixed with a carrier oil, such as almond oil

Precautions:
Essential oils require dilution for topical usage. Do not use undiluted essential oils on your skin. For facial applications such as masks or oils, a 1% or less dilution is recommended. For massage oils and other leave-on body products, a 2% dilution is recommended, and for other rinse-off bath and body products, a 3% dilution is recommended.

Do not consume. Store in original container, in a cool, dark place, and out of direct light and children
