Tibb Piloherb Tablets

Piloherb Tablets help to reduce congestion in the liver and have anti-inflammatory and anti-infective properties that reduce infection, inflammation and promote healing of piles and varicose veins. Piloherb Tablets also have mild laxative properties that soften the stool, thereby helping relieve constipation that is often associated with piles.

Assists in the management of:
– Piles
– Varicose veins
– Reduce swelling

Direction for use:
– Acute treatment: 2 to 3 tablets three times daily after meals
– Maintenance: 2 tablets twice daily for 4 to 6 weeks

Ingredients include Balsamodendron mukul, shilajeet, melia azadirachta, berberis aristata, emblica officinalis, terminalia chebula, terminalia belerica, cassia fistula, bauhinia variegata, mesua ferrea, tephrosia purpurea, curcuma longa.
