Organic Coconut Sugar

Coconut sugar, also known as coconut blossom nectar, is derived from the coconut tree blossoms – the sap from the flower is collected and then dried to form the coconut sugar. Coconut sugar has a caramel taste similar to brown sugar and great for baking and in hot beverages.
