CHILL-OUT GUMMIES is a complementary medicine, discipline-specific,
combination product that contains magnesium, German chamomile, valerian,
and lemon balm. It may support healthy sleep patterns, sleep duration and
sleep quality, and may assist to reduce stress, restlessness, and anxiousness in
children from 2 to 12 years old.
FREE FROM: Gelatine, gluten, nuts, eggs, milk, soy, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. Do NOT give CHILL-OUT GUMMIES
If your child is allergic (hypersensitive) to magnesium citrate, German
chamomile (see Warnings and precautions), valerian, lemon balm, or any
of the other components of the formulation (see What CHILL-OUT
GUMMIES contains).
CHILL-OUT GUMMIES contains German chamomile, and you should NOT give it to your child if he/she is allergic/ hypersensitive to chamomile (see Do NOT give CHILL-OUT GUMMIES in PIL). It may also cause an allergic reaction in individuals sensitive to the Asteraceae/ Compositae family of plants which include ragweed,
chrysanthemums, marigolds, daisies, and several other herbs. Immediately stop use if your child demonstrates any sign of hypersensitivity/allergy, such as a
skin rash with or without hives, fever, wheezing or a tight chest, or swelling of
the face, lips, tongue, or throat (see Possible side effects) and consult your
doctor.
If your child has been diagnosed with kidney disease, he/she should use
CHILL-OUT GUMMIES only under the supervision of his/her treating doctor. It
contains magnesium and magnesium excretion is reduced in patients with
impaired kidney function.
CHILL-OUT GUMMIES contains lemon balm which may influence thyroid
function. If your child has been diagnosed with thyroid problems, he/she should
use CHILL-OUT GUMMIES only under the supervision of his/her treating doctor.
Your child’s doctor will monitor him/her for continued efficacy of his/her
medicines, and it may be necessary to do blood tests for thyroid function from
time to time (see Other medicines and CHILL-OUT GUMMIES).
If your child has been scheduled for a surgical procedure, he/she must stop
taking CHILL-OUT GUMMIES at least two weeks before the operation. The
ingredients in CHILL-OUT GUMMIES may interact with other medicines
commonly used before, during, or after surgical procedures.”
