Phyto Pro Opti-MSM Flakes provide the purest organic sulphur, a naturally-occuring essential mineral found in fresh, raw foods.

It supports the production of essential for the building of collagen and keratin, both necessary for healthy hair, skin and nails.

It is also crucial for healing and repair of connective tissue (incl. fascia, ligaments and tendons) and joint cartilage.

Organic sulphur in this MSM form protects us from oxidative stress, the harmful effects of environmental toxicity and injury due to exercise-related wear-and-tear.

MSM is a methyl-donor and keeps DNA healthy and resilient.

We use Opti-MSM flakes from Bergstrom Nutrition to avoid the inclusion of silicone dioxide found in all other forms of MSM. This substance is present in all encapsulated and tableted MSM products and while it is not currently associated with any harmful side effects, we don’t think it’s necessary to take the risk.
