Nordik Beauty Salicylic 2% Solution (30ml)

Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate. Hostapur OS liq. by Clariant is a cold-processable, preservative-free, anionic surfactant. It offers strong wetting-, cleansing and foam boosting properties.
It is composed of C14/C16 alpha olefin sulphonate sodium salt which generates highly stable micro-foam and is unsusceptible to water hardness.
It possesses a low tendency to build up viscosity.
Hostapur OS liq. is suitable for formulating shampoos, liquid soaps and shower products.
It is Vegan suitable and Kosher compliant.

Storage and handling
Hostapur OS liquid can be stored for at least 12 months
in original sealed containers at room temperature under
the recommended conditions.
During longer storage the pH of the product may drop
due to hydrolysis.
Prolonged storage at temperatures > 30 C can lead to
gel formation on the surface of the product, in
particular in drums and containers. After stirring the gel
phase is destroyed and the product is again ready to
use.
If product is stored at a temperature of < 20 C, the
active substance may precipitate. The product can be
re-homogenized by stirring and heating.
It is not recommended to heat the product above 50 C.

Usage Rate:-

In wash-off products, no upper limit; in leave-on products, up to 2%.
