When change your helmet ?
We recommend that you change your helmet in 2 cases:
– After a fall:In the event of a fall, the material of your helmet may deteriorate or even break. Sometimes, you do not notice it. This is why we advise you to replace it at the slightest doubt.
– After 5 years of use:The foam deteriorates. It can be damaged depending on the shocks, its storage location, the climate and its use. We therefore advise you to change your helmet at least every 5 years.
How to adjust your headset?
3 quick steps to adjust your helmet in 2 minutes:
1/ If necessary, pass your ponytail through the back of the helmet (lower the rim of the wheel).
2/ Adjust and clip the buckle of the 2 straps: check that you can still slide 2 fingers between the strap and the chin.
3/ Adjust the tightness of the headband with the rear wheel.
The helmet must be in contact with the head, without tilting forward, backward or to the sides, even when you are moving.
