The rig has two orientations that transform to offer different sets of exercises – pull-ups, tricep dips, leg raises and when placed on the floor it can be used for incline/decline push-ups and an alternate triceps dip exercise.

A drilling template is supplied with the product to ensure the easy installation of the four wall brackets.
