What Is Drop?
The drop of a shoe is the height difference between the front of the foot and the heel. A reduced drop preserves the foot’s natural movement when running and helps minimize “biomechanical” stresses that can lead to injuries. The KIPRUN FAST shoes feature a 6mm drop to respect the natural stride of young athletes.

What If You Looked Under the Sole?
Flexion notches integrated into the sole facilitate foot rolling during practice. The rubber pad ensures durability and prevents slipping on wet surfaces.

Did You Know?
Adult and children’s shoe sizes differ. Junior athletic shoes are designed specifically for children’s feet, which have thinner profiles and less volume than adults. Ensuring adequate space for growing feet prevents constriction and supports movement.
