The ONrhythm 110 allows you to set heart rate target zones in BPM, showing you in real-time if you’re within your chosen range.

How Is Heart Rate Measured?
Your heart rate is tracked through a chest strap equipped with electrodes and a transmitter. The strap detects weak electric signals generated by each heartbeat and sends them to the watch.

Can My Signal Be Disturbed by Other Heart Rate Monitors?
The ONrhythm 110 uses a non-coded signal, which may be affected by other monitors nearby. For group runs, consider a coded heart rate monitor like the ONRHYTHM 500 to avoid interference.

Easy to Read in Sun and Dark
The ONrhythm 110’s reflective screen makes it easier to read in bright light, while a backlight is available for night runs.
