The Vanguard VEO PH-28 two-way pan head is a no-nonsense, user-friendly head for spotting scopes, large lenses, or standard cameras that is built to perform and to last through years of use.
Vanguard’s VEO PH-28 is a specialised 2-way pan head that has a single telescopic handle to lock/unlock the head’s movements. This makes it easy to track moving objects with one hand, leaving your spare hand free to adjust the focus — perfect for use with a spotting scope/large lens to track birds in flight or wildlife on the move.

With a maximum load capacity of up to 8Kg and an extra-large Arca-compatible plate with a spring pin to ensure the correct alignment at all times, this head can handle the biggest spotting scopes/lenses with ease. Alternatively, if the spotting scope/lens has an Arca-compatible foot, then it can slot into the clamp directly for the most solid fit possible.
