Press and hold for three seconds to sound the siren on your Ring Alarm and automatically send an alert to your shared users, letting them know you need some help. With a Ring Protect Plus subscription (sold separately) you can opt-in to Assisted Monitoring[1] which automatically calls your three emergency contacts whenever your Panic Button is pressed.
