PFERD TC Burr Set – 3pc x 03mm diameter MICRO Cut

PFERD Tungsten Carbide Burrs are available in a variety of sizes and shapes and consists of cuts suitable for coarse stock removal to fine finishing on numerous materials. PFERD milling tools are manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards and offer outstanding quality, long service life and excellent stock removal rates.
PFERD MICRO cut tungsten carbide burrs are specifically designed for finishing applications that require high stock removal rates and a very high-quality surface finish. These MICRO cut burrs are suitable for applications where Mounted Points are traditionally used, such as construction and repair of moulds and dies.
The set contains three MICRO cut Tungsten Carbide Burrs in different shapes consisting of a 3mm shank.
Set consist of one Tungsten Carbide Burr of each of the following Shapes and Sizes:
Cylindrical Without End Cut (ZYA 03mm x 13mm x 3mm Shank)
Cylindrical Shape with Radius End “Bullnose” ( WRC 03mm x 13mm x 3mm Shank)
Round Tree Shape (RBF 03mm x 13mm x 3mm Shank)

Operating Instructions:
Observe the following recommended rotational speed:
Steel and Cast Steel < 38 HRC: 64 000 – 80 000 RPM
Steel and Cast Steel > 38 HRC: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM
Stainless Steel: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM
Hard Non Ferrous Metals: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM
High Temperature Resistant Materials: 48 000 – 64 000 RPM
Cast Iron: 64 000 – 80 000 RPM
Maximum Overhang = 10mm
Clamping Depth = 20mm
For optimum performance use machines with a power output of 75 – 300 watts.
Only use machines that are intended for use with the relevant tool.
The burr surface in contact with the workpiece should not exceed 1/3 of the total burr circumference. This will prevent tooth breakage due to excessive vibration and chattering.
Ensure correct and suitable personal protective equipment is worn while using the tool.

One Tungsten Carbide Burr Set containing three MICRO cut Tungsten Carbide Burrs in 03mm Diameter consisting of different shapes, all with a 3mm shank. The set is supplied in a sturdy plastic case that protects the Tungsten Carbide Burrs from dirt and damage.
