Notes:
1. The product should be handled upright during turnover transportation: avoid tilting more than 45 during handling to prevent coolant shifting and damaging the compressor.
2. After transportation, it should be left for 2-4 hours (tilted more than 45 ) or 30 minutes (not tilted) to ensure the return of lubricating oil.
3. It needs to be placed in a flat, dry place to reduce vibration and noise, and at the same time keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
4. During transportation, please be sure to pay attention to prevent bumps and violent vibrations, as well as to prevent rain and water immersion.
5. The placement shall not exceed three layers during transportation, and the storage shall not exceed four layers, and any other items or heavy objects are prohibited on the product.
6. After receiving the product, check whether the freezer has scratches, paint peeling, deformation or poor sealing of the door seal, and contact the manufacturer or merchant within 24 hours to confirm.
7. The product is covered by a three-year warranty. Once the customer receives the goods and they reach the final consumer, the warranty period is calculated from the invoice issuance date for a total of three years. The warranty card must be filled out. The warranty covers components such as the compressor, compressor accessories, thermostat, and the situation where the freezer fails to cool. However, it does not cover parts such as scratches or dents on the appearance of the freezer.
