Product Overview
The ITS428L2 is a 1-output high-side vertical power MOSFET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. It provides embedded protection functions and overvoltage protection (including load dump) with external resistor.
