How to use

Click it on your compatible Sonicare electrical toothbrush, add a small dab of your favorite natural Humble toothpaste on the bristles. Brush tenderly to clean and expel plaque.

Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night.

Disposal

Product: Use a pair of pliers to remove the bristles from the head of the toothbrush. Once the head is free of bristles, it can be disposed of with your household waste. The bristles are very small and curbside recycling may not work. We recommend that you dispose of the bristles in your usual household waste or contact your local recycling facility to see if there's a solution for recycling the bristles.

Packaging: The cardboard box can be recycled as paper.
