Technical design
Twin Carbon Tube: Twin tube carbon frame. Makes the racket stiffer and reduces torsion for maximum power. Increases power and stability.
EVOLUTIVE HOLE SIZE: Combination and distribution of differently-sized holes over the surface of the racket to increase the sweet spot (the ideal place to hit the ball).

ROUGH SURFACE: Rough surface for better spin.
HIGH MODULUS CARBON: High-density carbon reinforcements to improve the racket’s robustness.
Metal Biaxial Core: a new technology that pairs ball exit with comfort.
The Metal Biaxial Core consists of a metal mesh woven with fibreglass that is positioned in the racket’s throat.
The metal mesh generates better ball exit. It offers better resistance to flexion, which allows the racket to transfer more energy to the ball. As for the fibreglass, it offers better control. It keeps the racket stable and makes the ball follow the player’s intended trajectory.

Shock Block System
The Shock Block System dampens vibration.
This technology was developed in 2002 by the Decathlon Research and Development Centre. The Kuikma engineers reworked the technology to adapt it to a padel racket.
An elastomer insert in the racket handle reduces vibration for enhanced comfort upon impact.

Testea Padel
Laboratory tests carried out with TESTEA PADEL (a laboratory specialising in paddle racket technology) have shown that the Shock Block System reduces vibrations by up to 38%.
Air Foam Frame
The racket has a double tubular design to optimise the racket’s rigidity and power. Our design teams inserted EVA foam inside the tubes in the racket head.
This strengthens the racket and makes it more robust, which is our priority for all Kuikma products.

At Kuikma, we don’t want to make padel players pay extra for things that add nothing to their game.
Being both designers and retailers minimizes the number of middle-men during the manufacturing and distribution of our rackets.
This also lets us reduce our communication costs (campaigns and sponsoring). Trying out the products and word-of-mouth recommendations by players are the best types of communication we could ask for.

Tips for storage and maintenance
Drying in a tumble dryer possible. Normal temperature, maximum exhaust air temperature of the drum 80 C.Maximum wash temperature of 30 C. Very moderate treatment.Iron at a maximum soleplate temperature of 150 C.Maximum wash temperature 70 C. Normal treatment.Ironing at a maximum iron soleplate temperature of 200 C.

TESTS AND WARRANTY
Test product
Our research centre is based in Spain and is specialised in design and engineering. Its role is to identify users’ needs and feed them back to our design centre in France. The prototypes are tested on padel courts by users who represent that particular need. Their robustness is then tested in the lab at our design centre. These tests mean that we can thoroughly check the quality of our products.
