Alberto Nani is produced without pesticides, insecticides and herbicides. Alberto Nani is pleasantly crisp with a floral bouquet, savory and complex on the palate with a mineral finish.

Wine Making Notes: Very soft pressing. Initial fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. Secondary fermentation through the Charmat method at a temperature of 15°C.

COLOR: Clear lemon yellow
BOUQUET: Intense, floral bouquet
TASTE: Harmonic with a mineral finish
