Common issues and troubleshooting steps:

Symptom: The heater will not ignite/ Burns then dies

Possible reason: Not igniting the unit correctly

Solution: Follow the ignition instruction as indicated in the manual. Units must have sufficient gas in the system

Possible reason: The Gas cylinder is over filled (this will only be the case if it is a newly refilled cylinder).

Solution: Purge the cylinder (release some of the gas – open fully for 10 – 15 seconds. Repeat twice)

Possible reason: Loose thermocouple

Solution: Tighten thermocouple with a number 8 spanner
