Main Features:
– One Touch Control: A wireless versatile remote to control your smart home devices.
– 4 Control Settings: Set single press, double press, long press and short press on both buttons to control programmable functions, such as turning on/off a device, activating a scene, etc.
– Emergency Button: When an emergency occurs in your house, your loved ones can press the button to send an alert notification to your device, or trigger the alarm sound on the Aqara Hub in another room.
– Doorbell Button: The device can also be used as a doorbell when connected to the Aqara Hub, which offers a selection of different ring tones.
– Compatible With Apple HomeKit: It can be integrated in Apple Home Kit to work with other compatible devices for alarm system, home automation, and voice command (eg. Siri).
– Range Distance: Communications between Aqara Hub and Aqara devices can reach up to 20 m (65 feet) under normal conditions.
– Range Extension: To extend the range use a Aqara Smart Plug or Aqara Smart Wall Switch H1 and Aqara Single Switch Module T1.

How To Use:
– Step 1: Plug the Hub to a power outlet.
– Step 2: Open the Aqara Home app, press “ + ” in the upper right corner to add the Aqara Hub.
– Step 3: After the Aqara Hub has been successfully added, add the Aqara Smart Wall Switch H1
– Step 4: Create your new automations via the Aqara Home app, or Apple Home app.

Support Of Round Wall Boxes:
Apart from 86 mm square wall boxes, the H1 EU also supports round European wall boxes.
The Wall Switch H1 EU is the first wall switch by Aqara, that supports both square 86 mm and round wall boxes, which are popular in Europe.
NOTE:
In case of installing the switch into a twin round wall box, please check product’s dimensions, some wall boxes do not support the installation of multiple wall switches in a row such as the Aqara Smart Wall Switch H1.

This could for example all the Smart Wall Switch to then control other devices such as the Smart Roller Shade Controller.

LED Indicator Behaviour Settings:
The behaviour of LED indicator can be configured via Aqara Home app.
From now on, you will be able to choose, if you want to turn it off completely, make it turn on when the switch is on or vice versa.
Note: Not all of these options are available for the No Neutral version.

Load-Shedding/Power-Cut Memory:
You will be able to configure if you need the lights to turn on automatically after a power outage/load-sheeding.
No more lights turning on suddenly in the night.

Installation Method (The picture in the instruction manual shows the Double Rocker version as an example)
Please make sure that the power at circuit breaker or fuse box is turned off before wiring!
1. Open the switch panel with a flat-blade screwdriver.
2. Loosen the terminal screw on the back of the switch with the screwdriver, connect the live wire to the hole L, and the load (light) wire to the hole L1 and L2 (corresponding to the left and right buttons respectively), and tighten the terminal screws after confirming that the wiring is correct.
3. Mount the switch to the wall junction box with the attached screws and mount the switch plate.
4. Turn on main power at the circuit breaker, and test the switch by pressing the button. If the light can be controlled normally, the switch is working properly!

Quick Setup
1. Please add the hub to the Aqara Home app according to the Hub Quick Start Guide.
2. Please open the Aqara Home app, and then tap “+” in the top right corner to enter “Add Device (Accessory)” page.
Tap the code-scanning icon on the upper right corner, and scan the QR code on the package box, user manual or the back of the switch, or find and select “Smart Wall Switch H1 EU (No Neutral, Single Rocker”, and add it according to instructions.
Note: If the connection fails, please move the hub closer to the switch, connect to power and try again.
Effective Range Test: Quick press the button on the device 3 times.
If the Hub makes voice prompts, it indicates that the device can communicate effectively with the Hub.
