AromaHeat Calm is a 100% waffe weave cotton, microwave Aromatherapy bag designed to ease anxiety and stress through the combination of heat release and a pure essential oil blend consisting of Neroli, Lavender and Lemongrass.

This beautifully designed, locally handmade, dual purpose heat bag can also be used for aches and pains, joint pains and lower back pain as well as warming up beds at bedtime. No messy hot water bottles or getting burnt.

Additionally, the bag can be used a s a cooling bag for fevers and temperatures. Put the bag into the deep freeze for 30 minutes and then use on affected areas.

The AromaHeat bag is a natural product, made with a 100% waffle weave washable cotton outer pouch, a 100% cotton twill inner and filled with flaxseed. The bag remains warm for up to 45 minutes or as long as the bag is held against the skin. Customers also love cuddling their AromaHeat bag at night for comfort or on the way to school to keep warm.

Apply the essential oil blend to anywhere on the skin and then hold the heat bag against the area to release the oils. Also apply the essential oil blend to shoulders, knees or affected areas on the back or neck to release the pain-relieving Lavender oil.

Play with Calm Aromadough as an additional aid to help with nerves, worry, anxiety and panic.

Care Instructions:
Wash the cotton outer as often as needed.
Do not ever wash or immerse the bag containing flaxseed in water.
Keep the Calm Aromadough closed between uses.

Caution: Never heat the bag for longer than 2 minutes in the microwave.
