Apply the essential oil blend to pulse points or behind the neck and then hold the heat bag against the area to release the oils. Also apply the essential oil blend to shoulders, knees or affected areas on the back or neck to release the pain-relieving Lavender oil.

Care Instructions:
Wash the cotton outer as often as needed.
Do not ever wash or immerse the bag containing flaxseed in water.
