Atlas Filtri DOSAPLUS-13 Proportional Dosing Dispenser with Poly-Phosphate

DOSAPLUS 13 is a ready-to-fill proportional poly-phosphate dispenser for the anti-limescale and anti-corrosion treatment of water with a pH of 6.5 to 9.5 and drinking water for domestic and industrial installations.

For domestic uses it is to protect pipes, boilers and other installations with the use of potable water and for technical uses it is to protect pipes, fittings, boilers and water heating systems.

The proportional dosing system DOSAPLUS releases poly-phosphates that dissolved in water which have a conditioning effect on carbonates preventing them from depositing onto pipes and heaters. Treatment with poly-phosphate is an effective and economical solution to the problem of scale deposits and avoids unnecessary maintenance and repair costs. Over time, limescale encrustations end up blocking the pipes, reducing the internal section and the flow rate, causing malfunctioning of the appliances, a decrease in energy yield, high maintenance, operation and repair costs.

The poly-phosphate dissolving in water prevents the deposit of limestone avoiding the crystallization of calcium and magnesium. Over time, the already formed deposits are also broken up. Furthermore, the poly-phosphate dissolved in water also acts as an effective means of protection against corrosion by forming a protective film on the internal surface of pipes, coils, etc.

This dispenser is equipped with a 360 rotational connection unit for easy connection to horizontal or vertical pipes and with a particular suction device that, through the Venturi effect, makes it possible to dose a quantity of poly-phosphate within the limits established by standards for potable use into the flow.

Each model is equipped with general directions for use, installation and the necessary accessories for installation.
