Baby Biltong – 13cm Handmade Biltong Knife

What makes the Baby ‘Hunting’ Biltong Knife unique is that it looks like a small hunting knife, but if you look closely, you will see that the straight edge of the blade has been sharpened, and not the curved edge – as would have been done had this been a traditional knife.
As with all biltong knives, it is used by holding the knife with the handle facing away from you, cutting towards your thumb.
This knife is a single-bevel knife (the back of the blade is flat), which makes for a smoother, more precise cut.
