Troubleshooting:
Most issues can be resolved by unpairing and re-pairing your BearPods. If you have done this and are still experiencing problems, try resetting them. Do this by holding down the pairing button on the back for 10 seconds+ until the light turns orange. Repair your BearPods.

Please remember that BearPods do not support device switching and will only connect to one device at a time. If you have paired them to multiple devices (eg: Phone and Watch), turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are not listening on and connect again to the device on which you want to listen.
