– The following cheeses are suited to this cheese cutter: Soft cheeses including Brie, Camembert and Ricotta varieties. Semi-soft cheeses including Gouda, Havarti and Jack.
– The following cheeses are NOT suited to this cheese cutter: Semi-hard cheeses including Cheddars and Edam. Hard cheeses include Parmesan, Mimolette and Asiago. These are better suited to being grated.
