Directions for use:

Add to a carrier oil as a massage oil, rub onto temples, use as a burner oil, in the bath or as a steam inhalation.

To reduce the appearance of scars, add 5 drops to a tablespoon of olive oil or any other carrier oil and massage onto the affected area.
