Braai Dual Prong Wireless Digital Meat Thermometer withstand up to 380’C

The accurate x 2 stainless-steel probes allow you to:

– Monitor and manage the temperatures of two pieces of meat separately.

– or with a very big piece of meat, you may monitor the temperature in two places in the meat simultaneously

– or you can monitor and manage the temperature in one piece of meat and attach the second probe to the drip using the grid clip provided. You can now monitor the target temperature at the direct cooking surface.

The probes have 105 cm steel mesh cables. The probe and cables can withstand up to 380 C

The wireless Control Unit provides:

– Large LCD Backlit display

– Display of current temperature and target temperature of each probe simultaneously

– Selecting and settings of each probe monitoring requirement individually

– Has preprogrammed monitoring selections for beef, lamb, pork, veal, poultry, fish, & burgers. Further select the required cook- rare, medium or well done

– The control unit is wireless, you can clip it onto you belt or carry it with you. Enjoy the company of friends & family or watch your favorite sport

– When the probe reaches the desired target temperature, an alarm will sound on the Control Unit to alert you
