Nutritional Information:

Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Cocoa, Sodium Chloride, Xanthan Gum, Non-nutritive sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Tolerase.

Recommended Use:

Mix 1 slightly heaped scoop into 150-200ml cold water, low fat milk or unsweetened almond milk and shake well.

Use 1-3 servings per day – most effective is:

– First thing in the morning (can also be used with oats or yoghurt)

– Before and immediately after training.
