Bushido Focus Pads (Mitts) – Red

Focus pads are an excellent way to improve: Reaction times; target training; offensive skills (angles, combinations); defensive skills (blocking, parrying, slipping, rolling); sharpen reflexes; technique; speed; endurance; timing.

Using focus pads also provide a lower impact option than a punching bag and provide a strong striking surface for the fighter and protection for the trainer/training partner. Extremely comfortable they are made from PU leather with a curved front pad and the raised palm grip holds the pad in place.
