150g makes 5 litres. Plants can absorb up to 95% of nutrients through foliar feeding. This is a much higher uptake compared to root fed nutrients. They absorb the nutrients quicker and more easily. Cannabis plants will absorb the nutrients through stomata which are the pores found on the skin of the leaf. These stomata are normally used for the exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen. They have a secondary purpose of easily and quickly absorbing nutrients. This method is only to be used during leafy vegging stages and very early budding/heading of the plants.
Do not spray on fully budding plants as this creates excess moisture and fertilizer residue can contaminate your precious buds. Spray outdoor plants early in the morning or late evening as this is when they can best absorb the nutrients. Indoor plants should be sprayed at the start or end of the lights off period. Do not spray with full direct sunlight or with strong light on the plants. This could burn the leaves as the water droplets act as mini magnifying glasses.
Do not spray outdoors in wind or rain as the droplets will get blown or washed off the leaves. Indoors turn off the fans for around 2 hours to allow maximum absorbtion time. Spray both the top and underneath of the leaves this allows for maximum absorpbtion. Please do a test area before spraying the entire plant or crop. Spray on a couple of leaves and then wait for a day to make 100% sure this will work for your precious plants. Growing conditions, existing chemicals, treatments and other fertilizers can vary its always best to play it safe.
