Gently temper chocolate, marshmallows or use for creating delicate sauces like cr me anglaise or sauces with eggs such as a hollandaise.

This 18/8 stainless steel double boiler is designed to use gentle heat from water that is boiled in the 20cm casserole pot.

General Care & Usage:
Cool your pots or pans for a few minutes before washing in hot, soapy water.
Do not plunge, or fill, hot cookware with cold water.
For pans with stubborn residue, fill with warm water and soak for 10 – 15 minutes.
Do not use harsh or abrasive brushes.

Dishwasher Usage:
Use only domestic-strength dishwasher detergent, preferably the varieties without lemon.
Please note: Prolonged, regular dishwashing may result in discoloration.
