You can use this product for setting up to 500 litres of yoghurt. The bacteria strains (probiotics) in this yoghurt is Lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus delbruekki and Streptococcus thermophilus. Yoghurt starter culture has a lifetime of between 1 – 2 years (when stored in freezer below 4 degrees Celsius).
