This commercial grade manual citrus juicer is ideal for squeezing all types of citrus fruits, including; oranges, grapefruit, soft citrus, lemons and limes. You can also press small to medium sized pomegranates. Thanks to the leverage, you get significantly more juice than from smaller citrus juicers. At the same time, the peel of the fruit is only slightly damaged, so that significantly less bitter juices enter the beverage than is the case with electric, rotating juicers.
It is also faster to operate and a lot easier to clean than an electric juicer.

A clamping force of 90kgs is applied to the pressing area with the ergonomically designed turning handle, and heavy-duty internal gears multiply operator strength for maximum juice output.

Thanks to the expanded volume of the bowl and the distance between the upper press and the strainer, up to 30% more juice yield is obtained in each squeeze compared to its equivalents. The strainer and bowl also adapts perfectly to fruits whose size changes according to the season.
The cone strainer and bowl are made of stainless steel and can be removed individually for cleaning. They are also dishwasher safe.

A removable rubber ring between the bowl and the holder helps to reduce noise during the pressing process.
The lock under the stainless steel bowl prevents the bowl from separating from the cast bowl during squeezing.
The stainless steel strainer locks into the bowl, thus, preventing it from sticking to the fruit peel and rising into the air during squeezing. High squeezing performance is thanks to the stepped and angled hole system, and with its expanded design, minimizes the amount of pulp which enters the glass.

The drip cup made of black plastic is mounted on a swiveling metal rod and can be removed quickly and easily for emptying and cleaning.
When there is no glass positioned under the juicer, swing the drip cup under the bowl, this will prevents spills and collect any left over juice.

The screw heads of the juicer are protected with rubber covers. This way, they are safe from fruit acid, which would otherwise attack the metal and cause corrosion.
