Instructions:
(Instructions to use bait station on the reverse)
– Unit is Closed and Locked.
– Remove key.
– Insert Key & tilt away. With the key in place lift the lid to open the Bait Station.
– For the use of bait blocks push the lever backwards. Remove the rod & place blocks eg. Ultrakill Rat & Mouse Wax Blocks onto the bait Rod. Place the rod back under the lever & click into place.
– Place Rat Bait into the Tray eg. Ultrakill Rat & Mouse Pellets, Ultrakill Rat & Mouse Liquid, Rat & Mouse Liquid or Ultakill Rat & Mouse Grain Bait.
– The tray can be removed for refilling or cleaning.
– To close and lock the unit, Simply press down on the lid till you hear a click.

Cooper’s Rat & Mouse Wax Blocks
Directions for use:
(Use only as directed)
– For use in and around residential homes, on farms and on industrial premises. Ultrakill Rat and Mouse Wax Blocks can kill rats and mice after a single feed. Death of the rodent will occur within 3-14 days. Effective against other anticoagulant resistant rats and mice.

Precautions:
– Avoid contact with skin
– Wear gloves when handling product
– Avoid contamination of any food, food utensils, and drinking water
– Set bait where it will be inaccessible to children and animals
– Wash hands and exposed skin after handling
– Destroy empty container and do not reuse for any other purpose
– Bury dead rodents and any bait not consumed at end of treatment

Symptoms of poisoning:
– Bleeding from the gums and nose
– Bleeding under the skin
– Pallor
– Haemorrhage into and around elbow & knee joints
– Blood in urine and faeces

Note to physician:
– Administer 5mg/kg Vit. k1 intravenously on the first day, followed by another administration of the same dose if the quick time does not normalize
a few hours after the first injection. Follow up with 5 mg/kg/day orally on the second and following days.
– The duration of the treatment is generally between 10 and 15 days. In severe cases give a small transfusion of fresh blood.

– Keep out of reach of children, uninformed people and animals
– Store away from food and feedstuffs
– Poisonous if swallowed and upon prolonged contact with the skin
– Toxic to fish and wildlife
– In case of poisoning call a doctor and make the label available to him/her
