Biceps: Standing curl – 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Triceps: Front bar curl – 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Start each exercise at the lower rep range, maintaining the capacity to complete 2 extra reps per set. Increase by one rep each week up to the maximum, then increase weight and reset reps.
