INGREDIENTS
Our Omega 3 contains 20% more EPA and DHA than the effective dosage suggestion. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid 180mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid 120mg.

USES
Helps with management of depression and anxiety. Promotes eye health and brain health during pregnancy and early life. Improve risk factors for heart disease, reduce symptoms of ADHD in children, fight autoimmune diseases, improve mental disorders, fight age related mental decline and alzheimer’s disease, may help prevent cancer, reduce asthma in children, may improve sleep.

DOSAGE
1 Capsule 2 x daily with meals.
