Deco Plaster Primer 20L- 20 Litre

Essential on cement-plaster if an alkyd based topcoat is to be used.
Should also be used on hard wall plaster (thinned 10%) prior to finishing with topcoats,
to ensure adhesion promotion of these topcoats.
