1. How to use:
   Heat up the cap in low-power microwave 1-2 minutes, no more than 2 minutes or heat the cap in hot water about 6-8 min; or cool the cap by refrigerator for about 1-2 hours and take it out.

Note:
1. Please allow 1-2cm error due to manual measurement.
2. When you open it please put it in the boiling water for soaking 5-8 minutes, then take out to cool it completely.
3. Microwave oven heating time should not more than 2 minutes.
