DSTV Decoder Set Up Voucher

This voucher is for the setup of one DSTV Decoder only.

The voucher is valid for areas within a 45km radius of City centres in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban.

The service will be provided by 4-Sure Technology Solutions and their network of approved, skilled and accredited service providers to perform installations on the terms, conditions and rates set out below and subject to the voucher terms and conditions.

The voucher ensures the following from service providers:
3-month warranty on all workmanship
Qualified, background-checked, accredited, and rated service
Comprehensively insured
Product warranties upheld
Dedication to exceptional customer service

This voucher includes:
Unboxing
DSTV setup
Decoder or dish setup (Dish kit included)
Ensuring decoder is connected and plugged in to one TV (Singleview)
Turning unit on
Removal of packaging from site
Removal of existing decoder (if applicable)
Installation requires activation of a DStv package during installation

This voucher excludes:
Any extra accessories
Connection to multiple TV s (Multiview)
Connection to multiple decoders
Additional electrical i.e. new electrical work
Plastering and painting
Wifi setup
Drilling is a destructive process and the install shall not be held liable for any plumbing or damage done due to drilling
Travel over and above a 45km radius of city centres in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban. Additional travel will be charged at R4.00 per additional km greater than 45km

How to redeem this voucher:

1. After completing your purchase, Raines Africa will send you a URL with a unique code via email.
2. Copy and paste the URL into a browser on your computer / phone. This will open the PingGo application. Use of PingGo is subject to the terms of use made available on your registration as a user.
3. Register with PingGo and then wait for Raines Africa to deliver your DSTV decoder (if applicable).
5. Once your DSTV decoder arrives, reopen PingGo using the same URL to set your appointment, track your installer and rate your service.
6. This voucher is valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase.

Other general conditions:
The area where the decoder or dish needs to be placed must be easily accessible.
Any work over and above the inclusions in this voucher will be quoted by the service provider, to be settled directly with the service provider.
The installer will be a third-party service provider assigned by 4-Sure Technology Solutions (Proprietary) Limited. The service provider is solely responsible for the performance of the services and will be liable for any damages, losses or claims which may arise as a result thereof.

As noted above, use of PingGo is subject to the PingGo terms of use made available on your registration as a user.
