Efekto Cutworm Bait Insecticide 500g

A granular insecticide for the control of cutworms.

Features:

– granules are stable and will not readily degrade in water.

How to get the best results:
young caterpillars feed on leaves and later on stems. Mature caterpillars cause the most damage. They are capable of eating or destroying the entire plant. They girdle and cut-off young seedlings at ground level during the night, dragging them into the tunnel in the soil and feed on them during the day. Use efekto cutworm bait and sprinkle around the base of susceptible plants, when they are young (tender).

Where can it be used?
Flowers, vegetables and shrubs.

Active ingredient:
– sodium fluosilicate 100 g/kg (caution / versigtig)

directions for use:
granules are stable and will not readily degrade in water.

Flowers, vegetables and shrubs:
sprinkle 10 g per 10 m (5 kg per 0,5 ha) over planted area. Cutworms feed at night and attack young plants at soil level.

Warnings:
– only apply at seedling stage.
– do not apply to crops intended for human and animal consumption except at seedling stage.
– poisonous when swallowed.
– toxic to fish and wildlife.
– store away from food and feed.
– keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.

Precautions:
– wear rubber gloves when granules are applied by hand.
– wash with soap and water after use.
– do not eat, drink or smoke whilst applying or before washing hands.
– prevent contamination of food, feed, drinking water and eating utensils.
– destroy empty container and never use for any other purpose.
