How to use:
Step 1-File nails
-File the nails into the desired form. Whilst the form can be varied as you like for fingernails, file toenails straight across to help prevent ingrowing toenails.
Step 2-Buff nails
-Buff the nail surface to even out ridges and optimally prepare the nail surface for polishing. Do not buff each nail for longer than 15 seconds every 2 weeks, to avoid overuse and hurting yourself.
Step 3-Polish nails
-Polishing gives your nails that natural shine in an instant. Repeat as necessary to maintain the desired shine
