Usage Instructions:
– Soak the vest in cold water for 2-5 minutes. You can use any temperature water, but cold water offers the best results.
– Remove excess water by gently wringing it out.

– Wear over your shirt, not directly on your skin. Ensure any additional clothing allows airflow.
