How to Connect to the Watch to the App: 

– Download the DaFit APP
– Switch on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone
– Open the app and select the watch icon in the bottom center on the screen
– Click on “ADD A DEVICE”
– Find your watch model and select it
– A message will pop up asking you to pair your phone to the watch. “”ALLOW IT.””
– Another message will pop up asking you to allow your phone to display notifications on your watch. “”ALLOW IT.””
– The watch will now be connected and the date and time will sync to your mobile phone.
– If this is not successful – then please go into the menu of the watch and select “RESET WATCH” then follow the steps above.
