This spray is scientifically formulated to treat and prevent flea and tick infestations in dogs. In addition, it also helps to control flea allergy dermatitis in dogs.
This long-acting tick and flea treatment is safe enough to use on pregnant and lactating females as well as unweaned puppies. It kills fleas for up to 2 months and kills ticks for a month.
Dosage & Instructions:
Short-haired dogs – 6 pump actions per kg body weight.
Long-haired dogs – 12 pump actions per kg body weight.
Spray the entire body of the dog at a distance of 10 – 20 cm. The easiest way to make sure that the coat is evenly sprayed is to ruffle the dogâs fur while spraying. Massage the spray into the dogâs fur in order to ensure full coverage.
Allow the dog to dry naturally. For best results, do not bath or shampoo the dog 2 days before or 2 days after the application. To ensure coverage of the head region spray Fiprotec spray onto a glove and rub gently around the face, avoiding the eyes. It is best to repeat application on a monthly basis – especially when there is a high risk of reinfestation or if the dog is allergic to fleas.
