Our custom designed and locally manufactured fire Drums are unique in South Africa. Why? Because we have designed them to reduce the amount of smoke emitted by up to 70%.

This product is perfect for every home, apartment or farm. If you enjoy a social and want the heat and ambiance of a fire but don’t want smoke blowing in your face then our fire Drums are for you.

Design- Inner drum is 1.6 mm mild steel.
Outer drum is 304 brushed stainless steel.

How does it work – As the drum heats up, (takes about 8-10 minutes) hot air is drawn up in the cavity between inner and outer stainless steel drum.
The hot air then exits the cavity horizontally at the top rim. As the heated air meets the smoke particulate from the fire, it creates a second combustion. This second flame that is generated at the top rim causes the smoke particulate to combust which reduces the smoke output by up to 70%.

The removable handles allow for easy placement of your fire pit. Grip the handles and give the fire pit a little shake to have the ash fall through the stainless steel ash plate at the bottom for easy cleaning.
Please note the Fire Drum cannot be placed directly on a wooden deck or ceramic tiles. We recommend using a precast concrete slab to rest your fire drum on.
